As important media of college CPC committee and administration, college newspaper and network, close to the campus life of students and faculty, possess more advantages in building of a harmonious campus. They play irreplaceable special roles in guiding opinions, maintaining stability and passing down civilization. Taking the case of Zhejiang Wanli University, this paper discusses the communicative effects of school newspaper and network in building of a harmonious campus.
