摘要
随着高校管理体制改革的深化,加强二级教代会制度建设显得尤为重要。文章分析了高校二级教代会运行中存在的主要问题,并提出了加强二级教代会制度建设的具体对策。
This paper discusses the significance and practice of starting two-leveled teacher congress in university, based on the example of Zhejiang Wanli University. It analyses the operating models and problems at present, and presents detailed countermeasures to enhance the construction of this new system.
