近年来，西山矿务局岩巷光爆锚喷得到长足发展，取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。然而，加强施工技术管理，对进一步推广光爆锚喷技术的应用，有着重要的现实意义。现针对一起岩巷冒顶事故分析，提出加强施工技术管理的重要性和必要性。

Progress in photocontrolled bolt spray technique has been phenomenal in Xi shan Mining Bureau for recent years and its both benefits of economy and society are perfect. There is immediate significance of the application of bolt spray technique popularized further with enhancing the technique management in construction. Looking through an accident from rock roof falling this paper puts forward the importancc and necessity of enhancing the technique management in construction.
