摘要
目的建立复方尿囊素乳膏中尿囊素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,色谱柱为ZorbaxNH2柱,流动相为甲醇-水(80∶20),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为224nm。结果尿囊素质量浓度线性范围为187.68～938.40μg/mL,r=0.99995,平均回收率为99.90%,RSD=1.92%(n=9)。结论该方法专属性强,结果准确可靠,能很好地控制制剂质量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of allantoin in Compound Allantoin Cream. Methods The content of allantoin was determined by HPLC. Zorbax- NH2 column was used with methanol：water =80：20 as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detecting wavelength was at 224 nm. Results The linear range of allantoin was from 187.68 μg/mL to 938.40 μg/mL, r = 0. 999 95,and the average recovery rate was 99.90%, RSD = 1.92% （n =9）. Conclusion This method is special and accurate for the determination of allantoin. It can be used very well in the quality control of this cream.
