摘要
目的用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定乙肝宁颗粒中芍药苷含量。方法采用Shimadzu VP-ODS色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(15∶85),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为230nm。结果芍药苷进样量在0.04152～0.4152μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9995),平均加样回收率为98.59%,RSD=0.69%(n=6)。结论HPLC法简便易行,结果准确,重现性好,可用于测定乙肝宁颗粒中芍药苷含量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Yiganning Granule by HPLC. Methods The Shimadzu VP - ODS column （150 mm× 4. 6 mm,5 μm） was used, acetonitrile - 0. 1% H2PO4 （15 ： 85） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results The calibration curve of paeoniflorin was linear in the range of 0. 041 52 - 0. 415 2μg （r=0. 9995）,the average recovery rate was 98.59%,and RSD was 0.69% （n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable. It can be used for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Yiganning Granule.
