摘要
利用自行研制的喷粉装置,进行了喷粉处理对铁水脱硫、脱氧净化效果的试验研究.结果表明,喷粉处理具有突出的净化作用,在脱硫的同时,使氧含量显著降低.这对球铁生产是极为有利的:经喷粉处理,活性CaO的脱硫率与CaC2的脱硫率相近,使得CaO取代CaC2成为可能;同时喷粉处理使硫趋于均匀分布,降低硫偏析。
ln this paper, the researches of injection desulphurization and deoxygenate in purification of iron melts using an injection device are reported. The results showed that pow- der injection treatment has prominent purifying ability, and the desulphurization is simultaneous with notable decrease of oxygan, which is extremely beneficial for ductile iron production. lt gives rise to the similarity between desulphurization of reactive calcium oxide and calcium carbide, and makes it possible for calcium oxide to replace calcium carbide. At the same time, it makes sulphur tend to distribute uniformly and reduce segregation of sul- phur.
