摘要 750kV铁塔的塔头尺寸、塔高和塔重都较500kV铁塔有较大的增加,常规的施工方法不能满足施工要求。重心的确定是铁塔组立能否成功的关键之一。传统的重心计算方法十分烦琐,且不够精确。而采用基于AutoCAD软件的计算方法,可得出比较精确的重心位置,与实际非常吻合,且简单方便,省时省力。只要模型尺寸正确,建模方法正确,基于AutoCAD的重心计算方法就有效合理。 Because the size, height and weight of 750 kV tower head are much higher than that of 500 kV towers, conventional construction technology will no longer satisfy with construction requirements. The key to successful tower construction and erection is to determine the center of gravity. Traditional center of gravity calculation methods are very troublesome and not very precise. However, AUTOCAD -based computational methods can not only draw more accurate C.G. location that matches actual location, but also simpler and more effective. The AUTOCAD-based method is valid as long as the dimensions of the model are accurate.
