摘要
为确定冬凌草优质种子,并揭示其种子发育成熟的内在机制,采用常规方法和SDS-PAGE蛋白电泳技术,对两种不同类型的冬凌草种子生物学特性及其蛋白质进行了研究.结果表明,两种类型的种子种皮颜色明显不同,主要分为褐色具花纹种子和褐色种子;且褐色花纹种子的千粒重、发芽率、活力等性能明显高于褐色种子;种子蛋白研究表明,褐色花纹种子较褐色种子蛋白表达量丰富,这可能是冬凌草种子发育过程中是由于营养物质积累或蛋白质表达的不同而导致其出现两种不同程度的发育类型,从而导致其生物学特性的差异。
For making sure high-quality seed of Rabdosia rubescens (Henmsl.) Hara and explore the inherent mechanism of seed development. Normal method and SDS-PAGE (SDS polyacry lamide gel electrophoresis) were adopted in this text to study the biology characteristic and protein of two different type Rabdosia rubescens (Henmsl.) Hara seeds .The result is that two type seeds have obviously difference in seed coats. Those is brown seeds with wood grain and brown seeds, and 1 000-seed weight, germination rate, vitality of brown wood grain seeds is higher than brown seed;the protein synthesis of brown seeds with wood grain is more than brown seeds. It's because Rabdosia rubescens(Henmsl.) Hara seeds have different develop types, it maybe because accumulation of nutrient accumulating or the different exoression of orotein eausing the difference of its bionomies.
