摘要
城市化和工业化进程的加快,造成我国城市土地污染、侵蚀、酸化、硬化和闲置等一系列较为严重的城市环境问题,制约了社会经济的可持续发展.以美国城市棕色地块(Brownfield site)的治理为例,分析了美国棕色地块的现状,棕色地块治理的社会、经济和法律措施.通过借鉴美国城市棕色地块治理的经验,为我国城市化进程所带来的土壤污染防治、土地资源再利用提供新思路、新方法。
With the rapid progress of urbanization and industrialization, soil pollution of city is gradually serious, which restricts the sustainable development of social economy. This article takes America, representative of the case brownfield site remediation for example. We analyze the situation of America brownfield, the social, economic and law measurements in brownfield site administration. With the experience and enlightenment of brownfield administrating, the new concepts and the new methods were found to solve the soil resources problems in China urbanization process.
