摘要
以硫铝酸钡钙水泥为基础,用分析纯化学试剂Fe2O3取代其主矿物C2.75B1.25A3S中的A l,取代质量为1∶1,从而合成一种新型矿物水泥,并研究该水泥的力学性能。水泥的成分采用XRD和SEM进行分析研究,并对其微观结构合水化机理进行了初步分析。结果表明:铁离子可以部分取代铅离子,并有利于降低烧成温度。取代质量为1∶1时,晶形发育良好,晶界清晰,强度较高。
On the base of ba - bearing calcium sulfoaluminate cement, with analytically pure chemical reagents Fe203 replacing Al in C2.75 B1.25 A3 S with a ratio of 1: 1, a new type of barium - bearing calcium sulfo - ferritealuminate cement was synthesized, and its mechanical property was studied. By methods of DSC, CRD,and SEM, etc, the hydration of ba - bearing calcium sulfo -ferritealuminate cement was investigated.
