摘要
以Fe-B合金的形式在钢结硬质合金覆层配料中添加适量的元素B和有机粘结剂PVB,球磨混合后制备成料浆,喷涂在Q235钢基体上,通过真空液相烧结技术制备钢结硬质合金覆层材料。烧结实验并测试考察Fe-B合金的添加对钢结硬质合金覆层材料烧结温度、力学性能以及显微结构的影响。结果表明,添加Fe-B合金后,有效地降低了覆层材料的烧结温度;覆层材料的硬度、抗弯强度有一定程度下降;覆层中硬质相颗粒细化,在粘结相分布更加均匀,覆层—钢基体界面区域形成了具有冶金镶嵌结构的过渡层。
Using WC, Cr3 C2, Fe, Co and Ni as raw materials,and adding B element with the form of Fe - B alloy and agent PVB, the slurry for green body formation was prepared. The green body was formed by spraying slurry on the steel substrate (Q235). The steel bond hard alloy cladding material was prepared by liquid phase sintering technology in vacuum. The effect of Fe - B alloy on sintering temperature, mechanical property and microstructure of steel bond hard alloy was studied by sintering experiment and property testing. The results showed that the adding of Fe - B alloy lowered the sintering temperature of cladding material, and the hardness and bending strength decreased. The hard phase grains became fine compared with that before adding Fe- B alloy, and distributed homogeneously in binder phase. In the vicinity of the bonding interface ,there exists a transitional layer which becomes a firm metallurgical bonding between cladding and steel substrate.
