摘要
建立由丁香花蕾提取丁香酚的新方法—乙醇回流法,使丁香酚的提取率由原来的5.0%提高到10.3%。采用羰基铁作催化剂,使丁香酚转化为异丁香酚,然后在不亲核碱二异丙氨基锂(LDA)的作用下,以无水四氢呋喃为溶剂,使苄基氯与异丁香酚反应,生成苄基异丁香酚,产率达到95.0%,纯度达到99.0%以上,并通过IR和NMR技术表征了产物的结构。
Eugenol was extracted by ethanol refluxing method from clove buds with the yield of 10.3%, and then eugenol was convented to isoengenol using carbonyl iron. Isoengenol benzylether was synthesized in anhydrous THF from benzyl chloride and isoengenol benzylether in the presence of LDA in the yield of 95.0% and purity over 99.0%. The structure of Isoengenol benzylether was characteristized by IR and NMR spectra.
