摘要
构建基于产业集群的区域创新能力评价指标体系,并利用模糊综合评价方法对济南市区域创新能力进行了定量分析。
Industrial cluster is the important way of regional innovation system, and also the main approach to improve regional innovation ability. Based on the knowledge, this paper builds a regional innovation ability assessment index system based on industrial cluster,at the same time, it gives a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in detail and evaluates Jinan regional innovation ability.
