摘要
经超声波处理过的灵芝子实体用纤维素酶水解.以酶促反应动力学的理论为依据,将实验所得数据用作图法推断出在有超声场和无超声场条件下,酶促反应方式为有三种不同水解难易程度的假一级反应,按最小二乘法进行曲线拟合并求解方程的非线性参数。
Ganoderma powder pretreated by ultrasonic waves was hydrolyzed with cellulase. Based on the enzymatic kenitics, two kinetic equations were deduced from the experiment data. With or without ultrasonic field, the enzymatic reaction pattems had three different hydrolysis degrees,which can be regarded as three parallel first order reactions.
