五步流程法在肾移植术前患者中的应用

The application of five-step process management in preoperative patients with renal transplantation

目的满足肾移植术前患者的身心需求,减少术后并发症,促进患者早日康复。方法应用流程管理的思想,创建入院、评估、检查、处置、组织五步流程制度,对患者进行流程化护理。结果护理缺陷发生率由实施前的2.83%降至0.23%;抢救成功率由实施前的92.64%上升至97.51%;提高了患者和医生对护理工作的满意度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论五步流程法可提高护理工作质量和患者满意度。

Objective To satisfy the physical and psychological needs of preoperative patients with renal transplantation,decrease postoperative complications and promote patients＇ recovery. Methods Based on the principle of process management,the five - step process management system for preoperative patients with renal transplantation was established, including admission, assessment ,inspection, disposition and organization. Results The nursing defects rate was decreased from 2.83% to 0.23% , the success rate was increased from 92.64% to 97.51%. Moreover, the patients＇ and doctors＇ satisfaction with nursing were significantly increased （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The five - step process management can improve the quality of nursing and increase patients＇ satisfaction.
