以护生为主体的护理查房在本科护生实习中的应用与效果

Application and effect of student-centered nursing rounds in clinical practice

为了解以护生为主体的护理查房在本科护生实习中的应用效果。对99名本科实习护生实施以护生为主体的护理查房,查房后进行问卷调查,了解护生和老师对以护生为主体的护理查房的看法。结果提示本科护生实习中运用以护生为主体的护理查房是一种行之有效的教学方法,能激发护生的学习兴趣,增强其自信心,提高综合素质,实现知识、能力、素质并重的培养目标。

This article aimed to explore the effect of student- centered nursing rounds in clinical practice. 97 nursing students participatea me stuuent - centered nursing rounds in clinical practice. Then,the nusing students and clinical teachers were investigated with a questionnaire regarding to their attitude to the nursing rounds. The student - centered nursing rounds is proved to be a feasible and effective means in clinical practice,which can motivate nursing students＇ learning enthusiasm, enhace their self- confidence, improve their general diathesis and realize the training objectives with klowledge, competence and diatbesis.
