Expanding nursing service based on patients needs

目的了解病人对护理服务的满意度及需求,扩展护理服务内容。方法应用自行设计的调查表,调查病人对当前护理的满意度、最满意的护理服务项目、住院期间最担心的问题及希望加强的护理服务内容。结果病人对护理服务比较满意;需求呈现多样化趋势;最担心护士的技术水平低;希望加强疾病相关知识的讲解和康复指导。结论通过对潜在护理需求的挖掘,完善护理服务内容,为护理的发展提供依据。

Objective To investigate patients＇ satisfaction and needs to nursing service and expand the contents of nursing service. Methods A seLf- designed questionnaire was used to investigate the patients＇ satisfaction ,the most satisfied items of nursing service, the concerns during hospitalization and the nursing service need to be further improved. Results The patients showed satisfaction with nursing service and various needs. The most concerns were nurses＇ techniques and professional knowledge. They hoped nurses to strengthen health education and rehabilitation guidance. Conclusion The investigation of patients＇ needs to nursing service can nrovide reference for the improvement of nursing service and the development of nursing science.
