摘要
南涧彝族"跳菜",是南涧彝族饮食文化和舞蹈艺术传播的重要途径,也是南涧彝族神灵信仰和价值取向传承的媒介,更是南涧彝族社会伦理和民族心理的直接表达。"跳菜"不仅提高了南涧的知名度,而且促进了当地民族民间文化的发展。
"Tiaocai" (serving the dishes while dancing) is an important channel of the Yi People in Nanjian County for popularizing their dietary culture and dance, a medium of expressing their God worship, value orientation, social ethics and ethnic psychology. "Tiaocai" has made Nanjian County more well - known and propelled the development of the local and folk culture.
