近些年来,特色经济在地区经济发展中越来越受到重视。特色经济与常规经济相比较,既有相似之处,也有诸多区别。在少数民族地区,大力发展县域特色经济,不仅具有充分的理论依据,而且具有充分的现实依据以及良好机遇。发展少数民族地区县域特色经济,必须以特色经济发展的一般规律为指导,不断开拓新思路,即突出少数民族劳动者的主体地位;拓宽和丰富县域特色经济的范围与形式;正确认识、处理特色经济与常规经济、民族经济之间的关系等。

Compared with ordinary economy, special economy has many special aspects besides its similarities to ordinary economy. In the minority regions, the development of county - level special economy has not only a solid theoretical foundation but also strong feasibility and good oppor- tunities. The development of county - level special economy should be guided by its general law with new orientation by emphasizing the subjectivity of the minority workers. It should also enlarge its scope and enrich its forms as well as a correct understanding of its relation with the ordinary economy and the minority economy.
