2型糖尿病并脑梗死患者血清尿酸和血脂水平改变 被引量：9

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血清尿酸及血脂水平与脑梗死的关系。方法随机选择188例病人,分为2型糖尿病合并脑梗死组和单纯脑梗死组,另选81例健康体检者,测定各组患者的血清尿酸及血脂水平,并进行分析。结果2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者血清尿酸及血脂(CHOL、TG、LDL)水平明显升高(P<0.01)。结论高尿酸血症及高脂血症是2型糖尿病并发脑梗死的主要危险因素。
