摘要
原发性肝细胞癌（HCC）是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，目前进行部分肝切除仍是许多肝病中心首选的治疗方法。但由于患者的肝功能不佳、肿瘤多发、部位特殊，往往限制了传统的肝切除治疗。肝移植的开展为这些患者提供了治愈的可能性，目前世界上愈来愈多的肝移植中心将肝细胞癌作为肝移植的适应证之一。
