摘要
射水抽气器是电站大型汽轮机重要的辅助设备之一,其性能的优劣对凝汽器真空及整个机组的经济性影响很大.目前国产200MW机组射水抽气器存在着耗水量大、耗功高、抽气效率低等缺点.因此有必要对该型抽气器进行研究和改进,使其经济性得到提高,达到节能的效果.本文根据相似理论建立了射水抽气器模化试验台,对抽气器在不同参数下进行性能比较试验,对试验结果进行了分析,得到200MW机组射水抽气器的最佳结构.
Water jet air ejector is an important accessory equipment of the large scale turboset in the electric plant. The performance of WJAE exert a great influence on the condenser vacuum and the efficiency of the whole turboset. In present the WJAE fitted for 200MW set many defects. Such as, the water consumption and power consumption of it are both too high, the aspirating efficiency of it is very low. It is necessary to make researches into this kind of ejector and manage to improve it so as to raise its aspirating effciency and economize energy. Simulated test is set up on the basis of similarity theory in this paper. Effects on performance of the WJAE by different structures are investigated. Optimum WJAE structure was found.
