玻璃体切割术后无晶状体眼的人工晶体植入术探讨

Intraocular lens implantation for aphakic eyes after vitrectomy

目的探讨对玻璃体切割术后无晶体眼进行二期人工晶体植入的安全有效的方法。方法对48例此类患者中15例周边囊膜保留良好者行透明角膜隧道切口植入三片式可折叠人工晶体,余33例在后房灌注下缝线固定人工晶体。结果48例均在安全稳定的眼内压条件下完成手术,并显著提高了视力。结论透明角膜隧道切口人工晶体植入和灌注下人工晶体二期缝线固定术是治疗玻切术后无晶体眼的安全有效的方法。

Objective To explore the effects of intraocular lens（IOL） implantation for aphakic eyes after vitrectomy. Methods 15 of 48 aphakic eyes are implanted IOL through a clear corneal tunnel incision, others are fixed IOL under irrigation into vitreous cavity. Results 48 operations are all completed under safe and stable intraocular pressure, and the vision of all the patients improved obviously. Conclusion The implantation of IOL through a clear corneal tunnel incision and the IOL suture fixation surgery under irrigation are safe and effective ways to treat the aphakic eyes after vitrcctomy.
