摘要
论述了"大设计"背景下,产品研发多职能团队建设的必要性以及基本框架、管理原则。并从一个实际的家具新产品研发案例出发,具体阐述了多职能团队的构成,以及包括产品设计在内的多个职能部门如何在同一个平台上展开有效的沟通与合作,指出"设计指引"是一种管理多职能团队的有效工具。
The necessity of setting up the multifunetional R＆D group and its structure and management principles are discussed under the background of °∞General Design±. Giving a case study, the structure of such a group is described and how to communicate and cooperate in the same stage between different functional departments including design department is discussed, and the °∞Design Manual is proved to be an effective tool in the managemenl of multifunclional R＆D group.
