睡眠呼吸暂停低通气或间歇低氧与高血压 被引量:1

摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)是发病率较高、合并症较多的睡眠呼吸疾患。众多的临床和流行病学研究结果表明,OSAHS是高血压发病的独立危险因素^[1],其机制尚未完全阐明。患者睡眠中因呼吸暂停引起的反复短暂缺氧为间歇低氧(intermittenthypoxia),这是OSAHS的主要病理生理学特点和损伤机制。近年来越来越多的研究结果显示,间歇低氧与OSAHS患者高血压的发生密切相关。
