摘要
目的探讨皮炎消净饮Ⅰ号治疗湿热型特应性皮炎(AD)的作用机理。方法用流式细胞术检测湿热型AD患者治疗前后与健康对照组外周血Th1/Th2细胞状态。结果AD组治疗前外周血Th1细胞水平低于健康对照组(P<0.01),而Th2细胞水平高于健康对照组(P<0.01);AD组治疗后Th1细胞水平升高,Th2细胞下降,与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论Th1/Th2失衡构成了湿热型AD患者的部分免疫学特点。皮炎消净饮Ⅰ号通过促进湿热型AD患者干扰素-γ的分泌,抑制白介素-4的分泌,调节Th1/Th2失衡,是其达到临床疗效的可能机制之一。
Objective To investigate the role of Piyan Xiaojing Decoction-1 in the treatment of atopic dermatitis （AD） in shire syndrome and its function mechanism. Methods Compared the level of T help cell（Th1/Th2） in peripheral blood from AD patients before and after treatment to that of the normal controls. T help cell（Th1/Th2） were determined by flow cytometry. Results Before the treatment,the percentage of Th 1 cell peripheral blood was significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0.01）. The percentage of Th2 cell was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.01）. After the treatment ,the level of Thl cell was augmented and the Th2 cell was decreased obviously（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The imbalance of Thl/Th2 might be part of the immune character in patients with atopic dermatitis in shire syndrome.Piyan Xiaojing Decoction-1 could promote the Thl cells secrete cytokines like interferon-gamma（IFN-γ）, and restrain the Th2 cells secrete cytokines like interleukin-4（IL-4） to adjust the imbalance of Th 1/Th2.
