摘要
CBN刀精车时切削用量优化属双目标离散变量约束优化问题.本文对其参数进行了分析,并建立了数学模型,然后用图解法求解,该法直观、简便,有一定实用性.
The optimization of machining parameters for using CBN cutter to make precision turning is a double-object skewed-variable bounded optimization problem. In this paper,an analysis is given of the parameters,and a mathematic model is established. Then,a graphic method is applied to work out the solution for the model. This method possesses features of being intuitive,easy and practical.
