摘要 φ5.5规格减径机入口机架堆钢问题较为突出,对堆钢原因进行分析表明堆钢的原因是由于当来料控制不好,轧件头部局部尺寸大于入口机架进口滚动导卫开口度时,在过钢的瞬间,轧件头部由于受阻产生瞬间堆力从而改变了轧件头部运动方向,在惯性作用下,轧件头部沿平辊轴向向下俯冲,轧件头部弯曲变形从而在咬入入口机架辊环时发生未咬入堆钢。在堆钢原因分析的基础上,通过优化来料断面和对入口机架滚动导卫进行改进,此类堆钢现象得到根本的防止。 Piling - up frequently occurs at the entrance stand of RSM for Ф5.5 mm high speed wire rod. The investigation of the cause of such piling-up has been made and the result shows that when the local size of the rod bar head is bigger than the open size of the rollers, the head will be blocked, then its moving direction will be changed as it is moving thrnugh the roller guider. Affected by the inertia, the head of the rod bar will dive in the direction of the plain-barreled roll axis and part of the head will bend and become deformed, causing piling-up at the entrance stand of RSM. On the basis of the analysis, such piling-up has been resolved ultimately hy taking the measure of optimizing the shape of the head and improving the roller guider.
