摘要
本文介绍一种涡流定柴油机主燃烧室新型结构设计方案,即在缸盖底平面开设从通道口将燃气引向进、排气门凹坑的导流槽的新结构。并给出了在S195柴油机上的试验结果。试验表明,新型结构设计能明显改善高负荷及超负荷时的经济性.
A new design of the swirl chamber diesel engine's main chamber is introduced in this pa-per. An opening is made in the bottom of the cylinder head so that ignited gas can be led to the diversion grooves in the concave areas of the intake valve and the exhaust valve. The ex-perimental result from S195 diesel engine proves that,obviously,this new structure has bet-ter economic performance under heavy load or overload.
