提高初轧一火成材产品质量的研究

摘要 通过对无导卫装置的单机架φ800初轧机一火成材生产中存在的轧制不稳定、轧件轴心疏松和表面拉丝、表面轧皱等缺陷所反映的主要质量问题进行分析和实践,认为在现有装备条件下,产品规格组距合理地选择现有钢锭锭型和采取相适应的加热、轧制工艺制度,把握好压下规程的编制及操作者规范化操作执行等措施,单机架φ800初轧机一火成材能实现稳定轧制,产品质量能够满足用户的需求。 Main quality problems owing to defects of unstable rolling, looseness in axle center of the rolled pieces, stringy and crimped surface, etc. , appearing during the one heat rolling with the non-guide single stand Ф800 blooming mill have been analyzed. The results show that the rolling stability of the blooming mill will be credible and the product quality can meet customers' requirement if the following measures are taken: to choose the existing steel ingot type reasonably for the product size range; to adopt proper heating and rolling process; to finish compiling the rolling reduction schedules and to carry out standardized operations.
