L2人机接口系统的设计与开发

摘要 由于宝钢"十一五"规划重点项目的需要,宝钢自行开发了5条生产线的L2过程控制计算机系统。介绍了L2过程控制计算机系统的L2人机接口系统的设计与开发,包括HMI系统、HMI的硬件系统、HMI的软件系统和HMI的应用系统及其应用软件;阐述采用面向对象的设计方法,利用Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0作为开发工具,开发中间软件HMIRemoteControl和应用软件。从HMI系统的通用性、可操作性和扩展性等几个方面描述了它的优点,从系统的集中显示和维护及HMI操作系统的稳定性方面描述了该系统的缺点。 In order to meet the requirement of some key projects of Baosteel' s "Eleventh Five" Plan, the company has independently developed the L2 process control computer system for its 5 production lines. The design and development of the L2 HMI system for this computer system are described, including the HMI system, HMI hardware system, HMI software system, HMI application system and its application software. Based on the "Object-oriented" design method and the programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, HMIRemoteControl, a piece of middle software, and its application software were developed. The system' s advantages, such as its generality, workability and expandability are discussed, together with the system' s shortcomings in its concentrated display, maintenance and operation stability.
