一种真空炼钢坩锅感应炉的设计实践

摘要 某研究院中试室于2004年引进了一台500 kg多功能的真空感应炉,其装备技术水平达到了国际领先。为了保障感应炉坩锅大修时不影响炼钢研究工作,通过对真空感应炉系统的消化,自主设计研发了备用真空炉坩锅。经过非真空和真空状态下的运行考核,备用坩锅的技术性能指标良好,达到了预期目标。其真空感应炉系统的关键技术指标及考核措施对于自主设计制造真空炉坩锅具有很好借鉴作用。 A 500 kg muhifunctional vacuum induction melting( VIM ) furnace was imported to a pilot laboratory of an institute. The furnace' s technology has been up to the world class. In order not to disturb the research work when the crucible for the VIM furnace is overhauled, engineers of the institute independently developed a spare crucible after they had carefully studied technique of the imported one. The newly developed crucible has reached the anticipated goal after it was tested under the vacuum and antivacuum conditions. The key technical indices and examination measures for the vacuum induction furnace system will certainly be served as good experience for the design and manufacture of crucibles.
