摘要
连铸保护渣是连铸生产中一种重要的功能材料,对生产的稳定顺行及铸坯表面质量有重要影响。就保护渣目前的技术研究水平,还难于直接按照连铸要求提出相应的保护渣技术参数。各连铸厂家因铸机装备水平、生产工艺、品种等不同,保护渣很难照搬照用,一般均需通过生产实践才能最后确定适合自身实际的保护渣。结合宝钢1930mm连铸的生产实践,与宝钢研究院等部门合作,通过不断优化、改进,摸索出适合宝钢实际生产需要的保护渣。
Powder is one of important functional materials in continuous casting process. It plays a significant role in stabilizing production and surface quality of slab. According to the technical level at present, it' s difficult to bring forward corresponding parameters of the powder directly based on the continuous casting requirements. The powder parameters used in other continuous casters can not be copied blindly because the equipment, productive technology and steel grades of each caster are quite different. The powder suitable for real production can be obtained through a period of repeated practice. In combination with the practice and cooperation between some departments of Baosteel Research Institute, the powder which is suitable for Baosteel' s 1930ram CCM, was finally discovered through a series of optimization and improvement.
