摘要
漏钢预报是连铸的一项重要技术,自宝钢板坯连铸投产以来,对漏钢预报系统的软件、硬件进行了多次技术升级和技术改造,显著提高了漏钢预报的使用性能和技术指标。在回顾宝钢板坯连铸投产以来漏钢预报技术发展过程的基础上,阐述了最新开发的漏钢预报系统BBPS2的应用情况,同时对新投产的4号连铸机热成像漏钢预报系统情况做了说明。漏钢预报技术在提高连铸机的产能、改善铸坯质量、减少漏钢事故等方面发挥了重要作用。
Breakout prediction is one of important techniques in continuous casting. The software and hardware for the breakout prediction system have been upgraded and revamped time and again since Baosteel' s slab easter was put into production, which remarkably improved the prediction technique' s performance and index. On the basis of reviewing the development of the breakout prediction technique since startup of the slab caster, the application of the newly developed BBPS^2 was elaborated, and meanwhile the thermal imaging breakout prediction system for No. 4 slab caster was described, which went into operation recently. The breakout prediction technique plays an important role in increasing production capacity, improving slab quality and decreasing breakout events.
