摘要
本文论述了旋转的普遍性，这些旋转可以从经典力学和星子力学角度加以说明．并且对旋转的意义和原因加以讨论．
In this article,we discuss the cammon property of revlolving. Everything in the world is revlolving, which can be explained at the angle of classical mechanics as well as quartummechanics. At the same time,we also have a discussion about the impovt and cause of vevolusion.
