本文就一类亏度为2的样条函数空间通过建立带亏度B样条的内积公式，周期型的Poisson求和公式，得到了一组形式简洁且具有对称性质的规范正交基．

In this paper,we discuss the construction of multi-knots orthonormal bases.Firstly we establish the inner product formula of multi -knots B-spline functions and the periodic poission summation formula,using them,a symmetric orthonormal bases with brief forms be obtained.
