摘要
详细论述了除草剂进行植物染色体加倍的作用机理,并通过与秋水仙素进行比较,对除草剂在植物离体染色体加倍上的优点、诱导方法、最佳药液处理浓度与处理时间组合的选择及诱导材料的选取进行了系统的阐述,展望其应用前景。
It is detailedly expatiated that the function and application of herbicides in In vitro chromosome doubling in plants, including the methods of induction,the optimum treatment combinations of herbicides, and the selection of inducing materials. It is suggested that the cultural techniques of chromosome doubling in plants has a great perspective for extension and application.
