中西医结合治疗尿酸性肾病疗效观察

Observation on Effect of Combination of TCM and Western Medicine in Treatment of Uric Acid Nephropathy

目的:观察益肾解毒通络汤联合别嘌呤醇治疗尿酸性肾病的临床疗效。方法:治疗组32例用益肾解毒通络汤加别嘌呤醇治疗,对照组30例单用别嘌呤醇治疗,疗程2个月。结果:治疗组总有效率90.63%,对照组总有效率60.00%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),两组治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量、尿β2-微球蛋白、肾功能、血脂、血液流变学指标比较有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:益肾解毒通络汤合别嘌呤醇治疗尿酸性肾病疗效较好。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on uric acid nephropathy treated by Kidney- Nourishing and Toxin - Relieving and Collateral - Unblocking Decoction combined with allopurinol. Method ： 32 cases were treated with Kidney - Nourishing and Toxin - Relieving and Collateral - Unblocking Decoction combined with allopurinol as the study group while 30 eases were treated by allopurinol only as the control group. The course of treatment is 2 months. Resuit： The total effective rate of the study group is 90.63% while that of the control group is 60.00%. There is significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There is significant difference in urine protein of 24 hours, mine 132 -MG, renal function, blood liquid and hemorheology indexes before and after treatment of two groups （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Combination of Kidney - Nourishing and Toxin - Relieving and Collateral - Unblocking Decoction and allopuri- nol has good therapeutic effect on uric acid nephropathy.
