新型穿流搅拌釜构型参数的正交实验研究

摘要 深入研讨了新型穿流式搅拌釜的构型参数,特别着重研究了设置穿流式挡板和搅拌桨对搅拌釜性能的影响.通过正交实验研究了挡板宽度、开孔孔径、开孔率和离壁安装距离以及桨叶开孔孔径、开孔率和离底安装距离等七个构型因素对搅拌釜性能的影响(包括临界转速、混合时间、功率消耗等),结果表明各因素的影响均十分重要,根据正交实验方差分析的结果,确定了较佳的桨叶和挡板的开孔孔径、开孔率、挡板宽度、板离壁安装距离和桨叶离底安装距离.研究结果表明:设有穿流式挡板和桨叶的搅拌釜是一种具有广阔应用前景的结构简单而又高效节能的新型构型的混合与反应装置. This paper, be based on summarizing the research works been done, studied the configuration mechanism of the new-type punched stirring tank in a deep-going way, and specialy, studied the effect of baffle on the properties of the punched stirring tank. First, in water-resin system, the effects of three blade factors (aperture, porosity and position from tank bottom) and four baffle factors (width, aperture, porosity and angitator position from tank wall)on stirring tank characteristics have been studied with orthogonal experiment. These characteristics include mixing time θ, critical velocity N c, dimensionless mixing time (N·θ) cs and power consumption P c. The reserch results showed each factor effect was significent. Then, according to the results of orthogonal experiment variance analysis, the better configuration parameters are defined. The experiment study results indicated that the punched stirring tank installing punched baffle and agitator is a new-type configuration equipment with quite broad application prospects.
