解毒疏络法对老年肺癌患者放疗后呼吸功能影响的临床研究

Clinical Observation on Effect of Toxin-removing and Collaterals-dredging Therapy on Respiratory Function in Senile Lung Cancer Patients

目的:观察解毒疏络法对老年肺癌患者放疗后呼吸功能的影响。方法:将108例患者随机分为2组,对照组53例采用单纯放射治疗,治疗组55例在放射治疗的基础上加用中药解毒疏络法治疗,观察放疗后4周呼吸频率、肺活量、血气分析、肺功能、血氧饱和度、肺动脉压、膈肌移动度等指标变化。结果:治疗组呼吸频率、肺活量、血气分析、肺功能、血氧饱和度、肺动脉压、膈肌移动度改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:解毒疏络法可一定程度地改善肺癌患者放疗后的呼吸功能,减轻放疗导致的呼吸功能损害。

Objective:To observe the effect of toxin-removing and collaterals- dredging therapy on respiratory function in senile lung cancer patients.Methods:53 senile lung cancer patients (control group) were treated with chemotherapy only and 43 (treatment group) with chemotherapy and toxin-removing and collaterals-dredg- ing herbs.After 4-week treatment,the respiratory frequency,vital capacity,blood gas analysis,pulmonary function,blood oxygen saturation,pulmonary artery and di- aphragmatic motility were observed to evaluated the therapeutic effect.Results:The therapeutic effect of the treatment was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Toxin-removing and collaterals-dredging therapy can improve the respiratory function in senile lung cancer patients after chemotherapy.
