摘要
目的:观察心舒丸治疗2型糖尿病合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法:将260例患者随机分为2组,对照组130例,给予常规基础治疗并口服降糖药及改善冠状动脉供血药物;治疗组130例,在对照组治疗的基础上加用心舒丸(由黄芪、丹参、葛根、党参、水蛭、白芥子、黄精、麦冬、五味子等组成),均治疗2月,观察2组临床疗效。结果:治疗组显效52例,有效66例,无效12例,总有效率90.8%。对照组显效11例,有效52例,无效67例,总有效率48.5%。2组总有效率比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:心舒丸能较好改善糖尿病合并冠心病患者的临床症状,提高临床疗效。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Xinshu Pills (XP) in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods:Two hundred and sixty patients suffering T2DM with CHD were equally randomized into two groups.The control group received routine basic treatment and o- ral use of hypoglycemic agents,and the treatment group received XP (mainly com- posed of Radix Astragali,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Puerariae,Radix Codonopsis,Hirudo,Semen Sinapis,Rhizoma Polygnnati,Radix Ophiopognnis, Fructus Sehisandrae Chinensis,etc) additionally.The treatment lasted 2 months.Af- ter treatment,the therapentic effect was evaluated.Results:In the treatment group,52 cases were markedly effective,66 effective,12 ineffective and the total effective rate was 90.8%.In the control group,11 cases were markedly effective, 52 effective,67 ineffective and the total effective rate was 48.5%.The difference of the total effective rate in the two groups was significant (P<0.01).Conclusion: XP exerts certain effect for the treatment of T2DM with CHD by relieving the clinical symptoms and signs.
