摘要
本文依据陕西秦巴山区自然环境演化遥感信息与库塘淤积实测资料，对库塘淤积现状、危害、产生根源进行了综合分析论述，进而提出了合理开发自然资源，依法加强国土整治是调控库塘严重淤积灾害，除害兴利，促进国民经济腾飞的根本策略。
On the basis of physical environmental information of remote sensing and surveyed data from reservoir sedimentation in Qinba Mountain Area of Shanxi province, the present situation of sedimentation, it′s hamfulness and causes are prehensively discussed. Then, It has been put forward that the key measure for us to improve the development of economy, eliminate the disasters and control the depositing of reservoirs is rational exploitation of natural resources and land management by the laws.
