胱抑素C和超敏C反应蛋白联合检测在糖尿病早期肾损害诊断中的价值 被引量:11

Diagnostic value of the combinative measuring of serum cystatin C and high sensitivity C-reactive protein in diabetic mellitus patients with early renal injury

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清中胱抑素C(Cysc)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的水平测定对诊断糖尿病早期肾损害价值。方法180例T2DM患者根据尿肾功能指标(包括尿微量清蛋白(mAlb)、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG))分为尿肾功正常组和尿肾功异常组各90例,100例健康者为对照组。采用Olympus Au640全自动生化分析仪分别检测血清中的Cysc以及hs-CRP水平,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果T2DM患者Cysc以及hs-CRP水平均高于对照组(P<0.01),尿肾功异常组患者的Cysc以及hs-CRP水平也明显高于尿肾功正常组(P<0.01),在T2DM患者中,血清中的Cysc与hs-CRP呈正相关(r=0.39)。结论Cysc、hs-CRP作为诊断糖尿病早期肾损害的敏感指标,联合检测更具实用价值。 Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of the combinative measuring of serum cystatin C and high sensitivity C-reactive protein in type 2 diabetic mellitus (T2DM) patients with early renal injury. Methods According to urine renal function indice (including urinary microalbumin, urinaryβ2-microglobumin and N-aletyl-β-D-glucosaminidase), 180 patients with T2DM were divided into two groups: urine renal function normal group (n= 90) and urine renal function abnormal group (n=90). 100 healthy people were served as control group. The levels of serum Cys C and hs-CRP were examined with Olympus AU640 automatic biochemical analyzer and statistical analysis was carried out. Results The levels of serum Cys C and hs-CRP in patients with T2DM were significantly higher than those in control group (P〈0.01) ; while the levels of serum Cys C and hs-CRP in urine renal function abnormal group were significantly increased than those in urine renal function normal group (P〈0.01). Serum Cys C was positively correlated with hs-CRP(r=0.39)in T2DM patients. Conclusion Cys C and hs-CRP may be used as sensitive indite of diagnosing early renal injury in type 2 diabetic mellitus. Combinative measuring had more practical value.
