摘要
对公路建设环境保护作了比较深入的分析与探讨,总结归纳了公路施工、营运期环境保护工作的重点与措施,对环境影响评价制度与方法进行了全面阐述,并通过与国外公路环境保护比较,指出我国今后的发展方向。
In this paper, the environmental protection during expressway construction is analyzed and discussed in depth, important environment protection issues and measures during expressway construction and operation are summarized, assessment systems and methods for environmental influences are totally expatiated. China＇ s future development directions are proposed through comparison with the environmental protection for the expressways in foreign countries.
