The role of chemokines and their receptors in inflammatory bowel disease

摘要 趋化因子是一类控制细胞定向迁移的细胞因子,其功能行使由趋化因子受体介导。在炎症性肠病中,许多趋化因子及其受体表达增加,并在发病机制上起着重要作用。针对趋化因子及其受体的靶向治疗能减轻炎症损伤,可望成为一种新的炎症性肠病的治疗方法。 Chemokines are chemotactic cytokines that can direct cells trafficking, conducting their functions via chemokine receptors. Many chemokines and their receptors show increased expression in inflammatory bowel disease, which play an important role in the pathogenesis of the disease. Targeted therapy that aims directly at chemokines and their receptors can ameliorate inflammatory damage, and can be a novel therapeutics for inflammatory bowel disease.
