摘要
在弱碱性介质中,硫噻蒽在紫外光照射下能发生光化学反应而形成具有强荧光的产物,λex为267、309和387nm,λcm为442nm。在硫噻蒽浓度为0.001~0.50mg/L范围内,荧光强度与浓度呈良好的线性关系,据此建立了光化学荧光测定硫噻蒽的新方法。方法的检出限为0.20μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.4%。本法简便、快速、灵敏度高,可望应用于血清中硫噻蒽的测定。
Thiothixene, a nonfluorescent substance, is transformed into a highly fluorescent product (λcx 267, 309 and 387 nm, λcm = 442 nm) under the irradiation of ultraviolet light in weak alkaline medium. Thus, a photochemical fluorimetric method for the determination of thiothixene was developed with a detection limit of 0. 20 μg/L and a relative standard deviation of 1. 4%. The linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity and the concentration of thiothixene is over the range of 0. 001-0. 50 mg/L. This method is simple, rapid and sensitive, and is expected to be applied to the determination of thiothixene in serum.
