摘要
报道斜削碳纤维束微电极的制备、活化预处理、伏安特性及微分常规脉冲伏安法测定多巴胺、肾上腺素和去甲肾上腺素的适宜条件。此法的检测灵敏度高,重现性好,抗维C干扰能力强。
This paper reports the fabrication of bevelled carbon fiber array microelectrodes, the electrochemical pretreatment, the electrochemical behaviour, and the optimal determina- tion conditions for dopamine, adrenaline and noradrenaline. The method has high sensitivity and good reproducibility, and the interference of ascobic acid is eliminated.
