老年冠心病支架植入术患者围手术期护理

The perioperative nursing care of the elderly patients with coronary heart disease by intracoronary stent implanta-tion

目的探讨老年冠心病行冠脉介入治疗患者的临床特点及护理措施。方法回顾2005年1月至2007年7月收治的23例老年冠心病支架植入术患者围手术期护理。结果老年冠心病患者双支病变11例.多支病变8例。经过精心护理,23例冠脉支架植入术全部成功,无一例发生严重并发症。结论科学、规范的围手术期的护理是老年冠心病支架植入术成功的保证。

Objective To investigate clinical characteristics and nursing care of intervention treatment cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease（CHD） and to offer ＂the reference for ＂the clinical treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis was pcrformed on the perioperative nursing care of 23 cases of the elderly patients with CHD encountered in our department from January 2005 to July 2007. Results Multiple coronary vessel disease in elderly patients with CHD took a high proportion,and intracoronary stent implantation was an effective method for its treatment. Conclusion It promoted ＂the functional recovery of elderly patients with CHD after intracoronary stent implantation by the scientific and standard nursing steps.
