子宫输卵管造影及官腔镜在不孕症子宫腔内病变诊断中的价值

Diagnostic value of hysterosalpingography and hysteroscopy in the detection of intrauterine abnormalities in pa-tients with infertility

目的探讨宫腔镜检查、子宫输卵管造影(HSG)在女性子宫腔内不孕症病因诊断中的应用价值。方法HSG显示宫腔内充盈缺损的52例患者行宫腔镜检查(观察组),与22例HSG显示正常子宫内膜腔并自愿接受宫腔镜检查者(对照组)比较。结果观察组HSG显示宫腔内充盈缺损,经宫腔镜确诊占78.8%,对照组占9.1%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论宫腔镜在不孕症中的应用价值大于HSG,但不能取代,应互相补充应用。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of hysteroscopy in comparison with hysterosalpingography（HSG） in the detection of intrauterine abnormalities in infertile patients. Methods 52 patients（observing group） with filling defects under HSG received hysteroscopy, and the remaining 22 patients （contrasting group） with normal hysterosalpingographic findings also received hysteroscopy with their consent. Results Intrauterine abnormalities in observing group and contrasting group confirmed by hysteroscopy were 78.8 % and 9.196 respectively, and there was statistical significance（ P （0.01） in this aspect in the two groups. Conclusion Hysteroscopy had more advantages in diagnosing infertilities compared with HSG. However, these two procedures were complementary rather than replaceable in the evaluation of the uterine cavity.
