摘要
拟定了一个荧光猝灭法测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法。在盐酸介质中,亚硝酸根氧化 碘化钾的反应,其反应产物I3-使罗丹明B荧光猝灭。方法的检出限为3.6μg/L;测定范围为 10~120μg/L。方法简便快速、选择性好,用于自来水,矿泉水及合成样品中亚硝酸根的测定, 结果满意。
A new fluorimetric method for the determination of trace amounts of nitrite is pro- posed. The method is based on the fluorescence quenching of rhodamine B by the reaction product of nitrite and potassium iodide. The detection limit is 3. 6 μg/L. The linear range of determination is 10-120 μg/L. This method is simple, rapid and with good selectivity. It has been applied to the determination of trace nitrite in natural and mineral water with satisfactory results.
